I need to STOP
i have been very unhealthy throughout these 3 years.
especially since months ago.
those who are close to me knows wat i am talking about.
yes.
my teeth, nails and skin is showing the signs.
the obsessions for the coke light, the "c", and the disorder.
i need to put a full stop to it.
i can no longer afford the consequences.
i have had my life planned ahead now.
i have the urge to achieve every dreams and desires.
So now, i have to be strong and overcome all those.
It was never easy and this is not the first time i said i will stop.
But i need to try.

It had been some time since last hear from you, been stopping by at your blog and read all of it from the first day you start blogging till this moment.
Glad to know that you finally decide to stop all the 'C' stuff which is indeed not good to your health, the sooner you quit the better you will feel about yourself.
Will be dropping by end of this months, if have time care for a short yum cha? you still helping up with your mum kopi tiam?
